During a Reiki treatment, I channel the energy for you and make it available to you by placing my hands along your body. No pressure though, you do not have to do anything. Your body, mind and the energy know best. Just be open and let the energy flow. 

The energy clears all of your energy blockages, your chakras, releases what does not serve you anymore so that your energy can flow again from head to toes

A Reiki treatment reduces your stress levels, clear your mind, reduce or eliminate your pain: physical and emotional. Your mind and body will be balanced and harmonized, you will feel grounded and re-energized at the same time.
